Installation / Dismantling
The battery-powered train is delivered pre-assembled. You only need to connect the wagons. Plugging in the sockets is enough for the lights and music to work.

When installed in crowded areas, it generates a very fast return. However, in high-traffic zones, minor accidents are inevitable. Be sure to consider this when choosing a location.
Breakdown and Spare Parts
It is manufactured entirely using domestic equipment and spare parts. Therefore, you do not need to worry about technical support or spare parts service. We provide support within 24 hours in Istanbul and within 24 to 48 hours outside Istanbul.
Production and Delivery
After the order, our production process is completely transparent. Upon request, our customers can visit the workshop and follow the product manufacturing stages. As EG LUNAPARK, we are very meticulous about delivery time. Every delivery that is not made on time causes loss both for you, our customers, and for us.
