2Do you also ship machines outside of Türkiye?
Yes, we do. We can handle the export process ourselves or issue an export-registered invoice if you prefer.

It varies depending on the model. You can get delivery time details from our customer consultant.
4What is the warranty period for the products?
The mechanical warranty of the products is 2 years. After that, repairs are charged. However, the warranty period of external components used in the products depends on the supplier. For example, the motor section has a 2-year warranty.
5Do you provide spare parts or technical support?
Yes, we do. We provide spare part support for all the products we sell.
6Can we visit your production workshop?
Of course, you can visit. However, you must inform us by phone beforehand.

Yes, we provide these certifications.
2Are your productions fully local or do you use imported parts?
We do not use imported parts in our locally manufactured products, except for components like inverters.
3How are the safety tests of the products conducted?
Yes, all tests are performed.

The exterior coating of the machine is polyester, and we use a steel chassis in the internal body.
5Are the LED and sound systems included or sold separately?
Unless otherwise specified, LED and sound systems are included in the product.
